Sip ‘n’ Swig were delighted to pop up our mobile cocktail bar at The Showman’s Show 2025. We joined Showplace as one of their stand partners to show what their event structures can be used for including engaging audiences, creating VIP areas, pop up shops and activations.
We shared cocktails and chatted about what makes us different, event plans, branded cocktail cans, marquee bars and team cocktail masterclasses and look forward to continuing new relationships!
We shared the stand with some other partners including NAEC Stoneleigh, Sommer Flooring and Clover Coffee.
Our bar was inside Showplace‘s ‘Seagull Pod‘ a modular cube event structure unfolding to create up to 20m² of internal space indoors or out. Showplace are a specialist exhibition company based just minutes from us in Stratford-upon-Avon. They specialise in delivering a comprehensive range of customisable and versatile exhibition solutions designed to make your event stand out, including bespoke stands, event structures, exhibition trailers and temporary relocatable structures.
Inside the pod was NAEC Stoneleigh a premier exhibition and conference venue just down the road from us in between Kenilworth and Coventry with 4 main exhibition halls equalling to a total of 21,000m² of exhibition hall space and 250 acres of outdoor space. With free parking, onsite hotel and centrally located, this is an ideal events venue for meetings, expos, forums and more!
Sommer Flooring were also inside the pod and had showcased a giant bespoke print, on vinyl, ‘Floor is Lava’ entrance which kept us entertained on seeing which visitors played the game! They provide an extensive range of flooring options for event spaces cut to size piece or full rolls.
Keeping us well fueled and helping to create the “Wow – Best Espresso Martini EVER!” was Clover Coffee. Coffee for connoisseurs for activations, corporate hospitality and branded experiences. We resonated with their story in providing excellent service and quality product for a stand out experience, not just a liquid. Their beans are ethically sourced and roasted just before each event by a local roaster. Clover Coffee sits alongside their sister brand Sage Communications & Events, born from the evident lack of quality service of a quality product for corporate events.
