Falernum from the Bristol Syrup company is a spiced lime cordial from Barbados, traditionally served in a Rum Swizzle. Its main flavours are zingy lime, warm cinnamon and aromatic clove. The Falernum syrup pairs perfectly with the caramel and vanilla notes found in Caribbean rums, but is also a great match for citrus and white spirits.
