We have our own rustic wooden bars or modern bar structures that you can have your own printed front on. We can also work off a bar structure or even a suitable vehicle that you provide, we have a number of contacts if you are looking for something a little different. We’ve also worked off kitchen islands and garden bars, message us to see how we can make your space work.

The smallest bar we have is 1m, this could service up to around 50 guests. Our normal rustic wooden bars are 1.5m so we suggest a 2m x 2m space. We also use two rustic bars together for larger events. There are no restrictions on where we can access with our pop up bars. If you are having draft beer, we will need power, otherwise, just the space. We do have a 3x3m gazebo we can use for outside spaces.

We will give you a cocktail menu to choose from, most can be made alcoholic or non, but we’re always open to consider other favourite cocktails! We suggest 4 cocktail options to be served and all of our cocktails are full strength, made fresh to order with fresh and quality ingredients. We aren’t self taught cocktail makers following recipes, Giles trained with the Savoy Group and his cocktails knowledge and training is passed on to the team, all of our cocktails are made to his recipes so you always have a consistent cocktail from Sip ‘n’ Swig. Our cocktails are always served in glassware, unless specifically requested otherwise.

We do not offer dry hire. As a general rule, we do not offer staff only however please contact us if this is what you require as there may be options.

Yes we can ensure the correct licences are in place whether you want to provide all drinks for your guests, a capped number for each guest or you want a full cash bar where guests purchase their own drinks. In this case a booking fee and minimum spend would apply. Guests can pay by cash or card.

Cocktail Bars work best for more than 25 guests due to our minimums. We can run cocktail bars for weddings, festivals and balls. There are options for any party size so please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Yes absolutely, think brand coloured cocktails, cocktail toppers with event details or company logo on or custom printed bar front, cocktails renamed to suit your event, personalised drinks tokens, the list is endless, chat to us about personalising your bar, drinks and cocktails; it’s what we do best!

Our Booking Fee for a private event is £150 (plus VAT). Your booking fee secures your date reservation, at least one senior member of the Sip ‘n’ Swig team, bar hire or structure sourcing as required (if an alternative structure is required to those that we provide, additional costs may be incurred) and all consumables. We are a fully licensed and insured company. If your event requires a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) we can ensure that this is in place. Depending on your event requirements you will have staff costs, travel and drinks.

We will have a minimum amount of cocktails based on the amount of guests, we generally suggest cocktails are served for 2-3 hours at any event. If we are running a full bar, we will include cocktails throughout.
