We aren’t self taught cocktail enthusiasts serving up your average cocktail, director Giles is a Savoy trained cocktail bartender who has developed and tweaked every cocktail recipe and trained his team on a consistent serve. We serve full strength cocktails (unless otherwise requested) made with premium ingredients, you won’t see many of our products used on the bar on the supermarket shelves! We even have our own range of Stag Spirits including our Stag Gin’s and Stag Rum. We make the cocktails to order, unless you would like them displayed in trees or available to grab as guests arrive. Guests enjoy the whole experience from understanding the products we use and why, to the process and the final product. We also make many of our cocktails as mocktails with non alcoholic spirits so guess have the same experience whether they are drinking alcohol or not. Your guests feel valued and entertained with their experience strengthening the connection to your business.
