Welcome to Hadsham Farm Weddings, Banbury. A dry hire, no corkage wedding venue which considers both couples, guests and suppliers, it’s one that we, Sip ‘n’ Swig mobile bars, love to work at!
Hadsham Farm Weddings is a a beautiful and unique permanent Tipi Venue on a traditional family run farm. This venue is also perfect for the 2025 wedding trend of multi day celebrations as you have multi-day exclusive use in your hire for 3 tranquil days! You have the complete freedom to decorate the tipi’s to any style or theme, bring in your own suppliers and really show your individuality. Suitable for 80 – 130 seated guests between April and October with on-site glamping accommodation and a Shepard’s Hut suite.
Hadsham Farm have a structure within the Tipi that is perfect for a bar, we have often worked from this attaching beer taps, creating a shelf of exciting spirits and setting up self service beer station from here too! We’ve also used this structure as an exclusive cocktail bar. We also have our own bar structures which we can set up within the Tipi’s and on the lakeside deck for reception. Hadsham Farm have their own walk in fridge so it’s perfect for bringing your own reception drinks and table wine with space to chill this before the day. Whether your caterers will serve this or you would like a bar company to serve this so there is one service managing the drinks and glassware. Most couples choose this option with us running the evening bar or they provide all other wedding breakfast drinks but we provide a cocktail reception or even cocktail canapés.
We do also provide a full drinks package so you don’t need to think about anything! When you provide your own drinks, you will need to consider glass hire, chilling and ice, garnishes, straws etc. and also wastage. Hadsham have their own bins on site so all rubbish and recycling can be left.
Hadsham Farm lends itself to a relaxed drinking vibe, on the lakeside deck area Pimm’s always goes down well but you may prefer Sangria or even a Spritz, perhaps Aperol or Hugo. Don’t forget a non alcoholic option. The rustic wooden tables and benches suggest a festival style wedding with sharing platters, buffet style or even picnic boxes. One of the most favoured catering we’ve seen enjoyed by all guests was pies. Guests came to the Pie Bar in the ‘Dance’ Tipi and ordered their pie and sides. This would go well with a Beer Festival style bar, guests can grab a self serve real ale, it’s best to have this managed so the barrels are kept to temperature, limited spillage/wastage and the area is kept tidy and glassware monitored.
