From a pop up cocktail bar to rival the best cocktail bars, to a draft beer and wine bar, we provide drink services for all occasions. We serve premium products either off your bar or ours. You could have an exclusive cocktail bar serving alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails or a full bar including draft beer, wine, fizz and soft drinks. Each of our event bars is unique, whether it’s a non alcoholic cocktail bar, a wedding bar serving only Vegan products or a traditional ale bar, we’ve done it all!

We have pop up bars, either rustic wooden bars or fully brandable structures that can be set up inside or out. There are no restrictions on where we can access. If you are having draft beer, we will need power, otherwise, just the space. We do have a 3x3m gazebo we can use for outside spaces.

The smallest bar we have is 1m, this could service up to around 50 guests. Our normal rustic wooden bars are 1.5m so we suggest a 2m x 2m space although two of these can be used together for larger events.

We do not offer a dry hire package – we are part of the package! We don’t hire bar staff only as a rule however please chat to us if this is your requirement for options.

Yes we can ensure the correct licences are in place whether you want to provide all drinks for your guests, a capped number for each guest or you want a full cash bar where guests purchase their own drinks. In this case a booking fee and minimum spend would apply. Guests can pay by cash or card.

We can run cocktail masterclasses and gin tasting for 6 guests, right up to a festival sized event for 5000. There are options for any party size so please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

We either use our own glassware or hire this from a reputable supplier, we will let you know if glassware will be delivered separately. We do not use disposables unless requested. We can discuss hiring in a premium range of glassware if this would suit your event needs.

Yes absolutely, think brand coloured cocktails, cocktail toppers with event details or company logo on or own branded custom printed bar front, cocktails renamed to suit your event, wine bottles labelled with your own labels, personalised drinks tokens, the list is endless, chat to us about branding and personalising your bar, drinks and cocktails it’s what we do best!

Our Booking Fee is £300 (inc VAT) for a full event bar. Your booking fee secures your date reservation, at least one senior member of the Sip ‘n’ Swig team, bar hire or structure sourcing as required (if an alternative structure is required to those that we provide, additional costs may be incurred) and all consumables. We are a fully licensed and insured company. If your event requires a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) we can ensure that this is in place. Depending on your event requirements you will have staff costs, travel and drinks.
For example, an event bar for 100 guests with a cash bar for 4 hours, with no travel cost would be £300 inc VAT with a minimum spend of £1200.
