Our friendly, professional bar staff will ensure that your guests are provided with top quality products, served at their optimum, whether this at a venue or at home.

From our 10 year experience in bars and events, we can meet and exceed your expectations for your special day!

Sip ‘n’ Swig will work with you to ensure that you have the best drinks for your event, budget and tastes. We can offer our services from arrival drinks, table wine and water, through to a full evening bar to include draught ale and lager, premium gin selection and a cocktail list, as required.

We tailor our services and package to your needs however we do have a list of standard packages that may suit you.

Package 1

1 Glass of Pimms or Fizz on arrival, 1/2 bottle of red, white or rose wine per person and a glass of fizz for toast.

£12 Per Person

Package 2

2 Glasses of Pimms or Fizz on arrival, 1/2 bottle of red, white or rose wine per person and a glass of fizz for toast.

£15 Per Person

Package 3

Free-Flowing Pimms or Fizz on arrival (max 90 minutes), 1/2 bottle of red, white or rose wine per person and a glass of fizz for toast.

£22 Per Person

These packages include staff, glassware, bar structure if required, ice, garnishes, etc. Prices are for 100 guests or more, on a per person basis. Selected soft drinks for under 10 year olds are provided at no extra charge.

Cocktails at Home

Whether you are arranging a party at home and would like our cocktail bar set up in your garden, serving you and your guests quality cocktails, want to learn how to make your own cocktails with a cocktail masterclass or you are heading to a festival or event and want ready made, quality cocktails, ready to pour, Sip ‘n’ Swig are here to help!

A cocktail bar and mixologist can come to your home or venue to serve 5 – 15 guests a minimum of 16 cocktails at £7.50 per cocktail. This includes all ingredients, glassware, ice, garnish etc. Cocktails are served in the same rounds, pre-ordered from our Cocktail List.

Cocktail Masterclasses are perfect for celebrations, hen parties and stag parties or just so you can learn to make your own favourite cocktails. We bring all staff, equipment, glassware etc. This is charged on a per head basis and we are normally with you for around 2 hours, dependent on the number of guests and number of cocktails you are making. We do provide a personalised quote however you can expect around £25 per head for making and tasting 3 cocktails each.

Tasting Events

Sip ‘n’ Swig run a range of tasting events such as Wine, Craft Beers and Rum, our most popular by far is our Gin Tasting.

All you need is a minimum of 12 guests and a venue, whether that is at home, in a bar, event venue or village hall. We come to you with a chosen number of tasters, glassware, garnishes etc and talk you through the gins, sharing our knowledge with you for an enjoyable tasting event.

We hope even the most knowledgable gin drinkers won’t have heard of some of the gins we use from independent and upcoming brands.
